Job Description

This position is for a Customer Support Specialist to join the DEVBOT team. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via email or chat, identifying customer needs, and helping them use specific features. The specialist will also analyze and report product malfunctions, update internal databases, monitor customer complaints, share feature requests with team members, follow up with customers to resolve technical issues, and gather customer feedback. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.

• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).

• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.

• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

• Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.

✅ Requirements:

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.

• Proficiency using PC and Mac systems and other mobile operating systems.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

• Critical thinking skills.

• Effective listening skills.

• Proactive.

• Patience when handling tough cases.

• Multi-tasking capabilities.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills.
