Key Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials such as logos, banners, typography, and infographics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the brand's vision and messaging.
- Produce and edit visuals for web and print materials, ensuring high-quality and consistent branding.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual aesthetic of our materials.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver tailored creative solutions.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across various platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new design concepts.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for specialized design projects when necessary.
- Perform quality checks on all deliverables to maintain a high standard of work.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's visual assets and design library.
- Provide support and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Participate in design review sessions and incorporate feedback to improve design iterations.
- Stay informed about emerging design technologies and tools, making recommendations for software upgrades and adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating visual content for both digital and print platforms.
- Proficient understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Experience in adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency in visual branding.
- Understanding of pre-press and printing processes for producing print-ready materials.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Knowledge of web design and user interface principles is advantageous.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
