Join our team as a Player Protection Senior Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers' gaming experiences. You'll be the go-to person for reviewing new and existing customer profiles to detect signs of responsible gaming risks. This includes engaging directly with customers, managing their accounts, and offering valuable resources and education on responsible gaming. Your role is crucial in enhancing our Responsible Gaming program, involving developing training, process improvements, and contributing to the program's future direction.
Serve as the first point of escalation for all Player Protection referrals.
Analyze and review player communications, limits, deposit/withdrawal patterns, and gameplay activity to assess the customer’s current risk.
Maintain ongoing monitoring reports, compliance logs, and alerts.
Continue to develop as an expert in the field of Responsible Gaming.
Maintain an understanding of regulatory standards and changes to ensure compliance.
Perform complex investigations and remediation.
Play a role in Player Protection Team training including preparation of materials and leading training.
Act as a key liaison between the Player Protection Team and other stakeholders.
A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is preferred.
Understanding of operational risk management and responsible gaming.
Effective time management skills and capacity to manage shifting priorities.
Ability to analyze and document necessary business processes.
Strong communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
Ability to think analytically to provide swift resolutions to complex situations.
Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 26.88 USD - 33.60 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
