As a Creative Project Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program, you will support the planning and execution of creative projects, ensuring deliverables align with the program’s strategic vision. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative Operations, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing creative projects for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns, and collateral.
Maintain project timelines, schedules, and status reports to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
Support the review and approval process for creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, escalating issues as needed.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative projects.
Utilize project management tools to track deliverables and manage resources effectively.
Conduct research and gather insights to inform project planning and execution.
You Have These:
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the creative or marketing industries.
Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and production.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Pageproof, etc.).
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
Experience working on large-scale events or global campaigns.
Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.
Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
