Overview
The Regional Community Specialist (Honkai: Star Rail) supports the Community team by facilitating the deployment and analysis of social media content and events, as well as managing community sentiments. This role provides an opportunity to learn about social media and community management, as well as gain insight into the dynamics of a live-service game.
The Regional Community Specialist collaborates closely with the globalization and community team to contribute to the growth and success of Honkai: Star Rail's social media channels.
What You Will Do:
- Be the voice of the community internally. Report and provide meaningful feedback on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions.
- Use a data-informed approach to create our community strategy and associated critical metrics.
- Assist in consolidating and the proper archival of player information for reward distribution of community event, handle reward list and complie interview results.
- Support the community team on administrative functions such as the processing of NDA contracts between content creators and partners, along with the updating of social media platform data.
- Assist with managing an up-to-date marketing calendar of social content, as well as organizing and tracking team projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required, such as globalization support.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills, familiarity with social media metrics; Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel- (or similar) smartsheet programs, along with productivity and work organization applications like Notion or Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams, proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Indonesian languages would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail for accurately managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms with preference shown towards experience managing a community.
- Fast learner, with preference shown towards experience in social media management platforms.
- A genuine interest in gaming and community management, with a desire to learn about social media strategies and live-service game dynamics, and a solid understanding of Honkai: Star Rail.
