Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager (French) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and campaigns in the Southern European region, with a focus on France. This role involves collaborating with sales, corporate marketing, and digital marketing teams to drive demand and pipeline growth. The manager will also be in charge of creating and managing field marketing events, producing marketing assets, and reporting on program impact. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in French and English, have experience in B2B marketing, and be able to implement targeted account strategies.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in French and Southern Europe.
  • Fluent in French (native) and English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in B2B marketing for high technology organizations.
  • Experience with targeted account strategy and account-based selling.
  • A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the Project Management or Collaborative Work Management technology market.
  • High level of energy, enthusiastic team player, and dedication to excellence.

We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Manager, FR/Southern Europe, to join our dynamic go-to-market team. This role will focus on growing and maintaining strong customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns, online events, and various other channels. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will support the broader marketing team in executing campaigns and achieving team KPIs.

  • This role will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing for EMEA/APAC
  • Remote or Hybrid (depending on location)

How You’ll make an impact 

Our ideal candidate is comfortable making impactful decisions and has outstanding verbal and written skills since this position requires a highly professional level of business communication with international customers and colleagues. Your mission is to coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns, driving growth and enhancing Wrike's brand recognition, pipeline and revenue across the SEU region, with a strong focus on France.

  • Integrate with Southern European field sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing to develop demand and field marketing programs for the SEU that accelerate EMEA pipeline growth
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Research, choose, design, and manage live field ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy
  • Develop and execute localised webinars
  • Experience Implementing a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling
  • Work with the marketing team to produce marketing assets to be used at field marketing events
  • Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on the impact of programs

You will achieve your best if you have 

  • 5+ years experience marketing in the French and Southern European region
  • Fluent in French (native) and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience driving marketing efforts for a high technology, B2B organisation
  • Experience Implementing a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling
  • Understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points
  • Degree in marketing, communication or similar
  • Good time management and great organisational skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Experience partnering with Sales/Account Management teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns

  • Experience working in the Project Management or Collaborative Work Management technology market, additional experience in vertical industry technology markets
  • High level of energy, enthusiastic team player, and dedication to excellence
