What We offer          

As a Reporting & Automation specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to help our company make informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.          

           

Key Responsibilities:          

- Collect, analyse, and interpret datasets to provide actionable business insights.          

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.          

- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy.          

- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.          

-Utilize RPA, Excel VBA and Power automate to automate data workflows and integrate various applications, enhancing efficiency and productivity.          

-Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing processes by leveraging automation tools and techniques.          

-Explore and implement ways to enhance data quality and reliability          

- Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from databases.          

- Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.          

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.          

- Engage in volunteer work and initiatives that support community and organizational goals.          

           

Technical Skills Required:          

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.          

- Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations.          

- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.          

- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.          

           

Soft Skills Required:          

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.          

- Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide clear business insights.          

- Experience in volunteer work and community engagement.          

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.          

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.          

           

We are looking for :          

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.          

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.          

- Demonstrated experience in analysing data and providing actionable insights.          

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.          

-Extensive experience with RPA, Excel VBA and Power Automate to facilitate data manipulation and automation processes.          

-Hands-on experience with optimizing performance of SOL queries and applications          

-Ability to understand data modeling, data schemas, query optimization, query profiling and query performance monitoring tools and techniques          

-Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
