We are now looking to expand the team with a Sales Development Representative, who will play a key role in driving our mission forward by identifying and generating new sales opportunities.

The essence of the role  

As Sales Development Representative, you will be a proactive team member who excels in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

You will report to the Director Sales & Business Development based in Canterbury, UK.  

As Sales Development Representative, you will: 

  • Manage inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads through effective outreach and engagement.
  • Conduct cold calls and actively follow up on leads generated from various marketing efforts.
  • Educate and nurture prospects until they are qualified for hand-off to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine our sales approach and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and qualified leads in our CRM system.

Who are you? 

We are on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative who possesses resilience and flourishes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This individual should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a vibrant team. The ideal candidate is a motivated go-getter who loves connecting with clients and has a genuine passion for technology.

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have: 

  • French, Spanish and/or German required as an addition language to English.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar.
  • Experience with Sales Automation tools, preferably Outreach or similar.
  • Ability to think critically, adapt to new challenges, and work collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus but not necessary.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
