Job Description

The Sales Specialist for Ultrasound Workspace Partners will support the global partnerships leader, manage partner agreements, and create catalogs. They will ensure partner training and certification, onboard new partners, and assist with commercial processes. The role involves maintaining sales forecasts, driving commercial initiatives, and supporting regional partner meetings. They will be the first contact for local sales teams, build customer relationships, manage funnel creation, source new opportunities, and implement Philips Commercial Policy. The specialist will also drive sales excellence initiatives and support business transformation projects. The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and managing sales funnels, also support business transformation projects for UWS partnership business.
Must have:
  • +10 years experience in a commercial/sales role, at least +5 years within Cardiac Ultrasound
  • Experience with Healthcare IT business
  • Master’s degree in relevant BioMed Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience managing commercial (B2B) partnership relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business fluent in English written and spoken

  • Other languages are a plus

Sales Specialist - Ultrasound Workspace Partners (m/w/d)

Ultrasound workspace (UWS) is the leading cardiac ultrasound workflow and quantification software in cardiac diagnosis. It is offered to customers via a direct and indirect channel and can be deployed as stand-alone and in different enterprise (HealthCare) IT environments. The ambition of the company is to grow with its partners, therefore there is room for a sales specialist in the commercial team.   

Your role:

  • Support the global partnerships leader for UWS (also known as TOMTEC) in managing the contractual agreements with regional and global (healthcare IT) partners.
  • Create and maintain specific partner catalogues and pricing.
  • Assure partners are trained and maintain certification compliant with legal, quality regulatory guidelines.
  • Onboards new partners. Support partners in their commercial process (demonstration, configuration, offering) where needed.
  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly view on achieved results and rolling forecast.
  • Drives (commercial) initiatives with partners to spur business growth.
  • Supports regional partner meetings and programs and can demonstrate products and benefits to potential partner customers.
  • Creates annual operating plans with zones, focused on partner business and supports the execution.    
  • As the specialist for Ultrasound Workspace, you are the first contact for local sales teams (direct or indirect) in the zones/channels assigned to you.
  • Responsible to drive sales in assigned area/channel and support customers on day-to-day operations with Philips.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and drives excellence at the point of sale.
  • Works closely with local sales teams (direct/indirect) to manage funnel creation and conversion.
  • Sources new sales opportunities with teams in zones (direct/indirect) and supports closing to achieve quotas where needed.
  • Ensures proper implementation of Philips Commercial Policy. Trains local sales teams in new releases to maintain local capabilities.
  • Maintains a monthly and quarterly view on achieved results and rolling forecast for assigned zones/channels.
  • Active member of the commercial team of sales specialists for International Markets, reporting into the commercial leader for cardiovascular informatics.
  • Supports business transformation projects relevant to the UWS partnership business.
  • Drives sales excellence initiatives in the UWS partnership business. With the team creates initiatives for further growth.        



You're the right fit if:

  • +10 years experience in a commercial/sales role at least +5 years within *Cardiac Ultrasound*
  • Experience with Healthcare IT business
  • Master’s degree in relevant BioMed Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience managing commercial (B2B) partnership relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus
  • Travel up to 25% globally



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
