Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at GoTo, you will identify and create new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads. You'll be responsible for achieving monthly quotas of passed closed opportunities, developing and implementing strategies for outbound lead generation, and delivering results against defined KPIs. You will also execute marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and conversions, engage prospects and customers, and collaborate with team members to improve ideas and execution. Additionally, you will provide amazing prospect and customer experiences and gain experiences to grow your career.
Must have:
  • 1+ years of business experience or eager to start BDR career
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Curious, motivated, and results oriented
  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology
Good to have:
  • Additional languages are a plus

Your Day to Day  

As a Business Development Representative you would be working on: 

  • Identify & create new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.  

  • Achieve monthly quota of passed closed opportunities.  

  • Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation.  

  • Deliver great results against defined KPI’s including activities, lead generation, conversion, closing sales, and customer experience outcomes. 

  • Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions and engage prospects and customers via telephone and online chat to qualify leads and drive conversions.  

  • Collect, analyze and report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution. 

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies and improve ideas and execution that drive team success. 

  • Provide amazing prospect and customer experiences and gain experiences to grow your career. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

As a Business Development Representative, your background will look like: 

  • 1+ years of business experience, or eager to kick off your BDR career.

  • Fluent German and English.

  • Additional languages are a plus.

  • Curious, motivated and results oriented.

  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
