Job Description

The Sales Strategy Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of key partner accounts. This person will work across sales, finance, and marketing departments to deliver sales results against quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. They will maintain understanding of retail landscape, coordinate lifecycle planning, work on sales checks, manage files, and collaborate on sales strategy. The role involves communication with internal and external stakeholders and requires analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The role is fast-paced, and the candidate must be able to work independently and take initiative.
Must have:
  • Maintain understanding of retail landscape, inventory levels, and sell through trends
  • Assist in execution of promotional roadmaps
  • Coordinate quarterly lifecycle planning strategy with Sales
  • Work on Monthly and Quarterly sales checks
  • Manage price discount files for Sales team
  • Manage sales strategy files for label partners
  • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions from data
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, priority planning, and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with videogame industry developments and trends
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Suite

The Challenge:

The sales team is looking for a driven individual to assist with the day-to-day management of key partner accounts. This person will work across sales, finance and marketing departments to deliver sales results against quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. This position will work with key stakeholders to help initiate, develop and implement new promotional campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales potential.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Maintain thorough understanding of current digital and physical retail landscape, inventory levels, and sell through trends for all T2 products
  • Assist in the execution of promotional roadmaps with account managers for our key partners
  • Coordinate quarterly lifecycle planning strategy in conjunction with Sales
  • Work with Corporate Finance and Internal/External Audit on Monthly and Quarterly sales checks which include promo verification, forecast scrubbing, re-forecasting and billing updates
  • Responsible for meeting submission and approval deadlines and ensuring sales team is kept informed of all updates, issues and opportunities
  • Manage price discount files for Sales team
  • Manage sales strategy files for label partners 
  • Join Sales team meetings to take notes and collaborate on strategy
  • Ad hoc projects as necessary

What You Bring:

  • Two-years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with videogame industry developments and trends
  • Strong analytical skills, with the goal to draw solid conclusions with direct business impact from multiple sources of data
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other internal departments, levels of management, and outside sales relationships
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Suite
  • Anaplan, Snowflake and Tableau a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, priority planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to function in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $45,800 and $65,060 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
