■職務内容

PlayStationビジネスの研究開発費・活動経費・人員（HC）の予実績管理、および担当部署の組織運営サポートを、日本を中心にグローバルの視点で担っていただきます。
各機能の責任者とともに予算策定や予実績分析を行い、経営陣やソニーグループ内外のステークホルダーへ向けてビジネスの状況を正確に伝える役割を通じて、会社経営に貢献していただきます。

■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像

【必須要件（MUST）】

• 管理会計業務の経験（3年以上）
• 英語を用いた業務経験（資料作成、メール・チャット、会議での発表・議論など）
• ピープルマネージャー経験1年以上、またはチームリーダー経験3年以上
• Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint などの業務ツール使用スキル

【歓迎要件（WANT）】

• 財務会計の経験または簿記知識
• SAPなどのERPシステムの利用経験
• Tableau、Business ObjectなどBIツールの使用経験
