The Senior Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the LATAM region. This includes developing and implementing strategies and activities for clients and key accounts. The manager will work closely with various teams, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams. They will proactively seek out and engage with potential LATAM Trading Firms, Financial Institutions, Key accounts, Partners, and Advanced Traders to acquire clients, expand the platform, and drive revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region. Responsibilities include supporting the Global Institution Team, identifying sales opportunities, developing client profiles, defining new revenue streams, closing sales deals, ensuring client compliance, and articulating client feedback.
