Overview
The role of Sales Support Analyst is a key function within our Aggregation platform team. The fast and efficient delivery of 3rd party games to our clients is integral to our success and we take pride in being the best at what we do.
What You’ll Do
Working with internal teams and systems to deliver and go live with 3rd party games to operators in existing and new markets.
Supporting the release of 3rd party games when existing operators are migrating to new platforms/servers.
Liaise internally and externally with technical and compliance teams to ensure a smooth game delivery process (e.g. sourcing certificates, chasing provider teams etc).
Gather information on provider roadmap releases and source needed game documentation to be ready for the release day.
Monitor provider communication channels (Teams, Skype, Email) to address release queries and unblock release projects.
Offer support to VIP clients with their internal game releases and roadmaps.
