Job Description

This role requires a skilled SAP Data Analytics Consultant proficient in SAP Data Services (SAP DS) and SAP Information Steward (SAP IS) to manage, enhance, and support data management and governance. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing ETL jobs using SAP Data Services; implementing and managing data integration across systems; collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements; monitoring and troubleshooting ETL workflows; configuring and maintaining SAP Information Steward for data profiling and metadata management; performing root cause analysis for data quality issues; generating data lineage reports; and partnering with IT and business analysts. The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in TRM space. Experience with SAP BW, B4H, and SAC reporting is advantageous.

Must have:

3-6 years SAP Data Services & Analytics exp.
2-3 years SAP Information Steward exp.
ETL development, data quality, data profiling
TRM space experience (1-2 years)
Data integration across multiple systems
Data quality rule creation & workflows

Good to have:

SAP BW/4HANA & SAP HANA certification
Experience with BW4H/SAC
Understanding of VAT/Excise processes
Understanding of SAP BW, B4H, SAC Reporting

Role – SAP Data Analytics Consultant

Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in SAP Data Services (SAP DS) and SAP Information Steward (SAP IS) to manage, enhance, and support data management and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development, data quality, and data profiling, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability. The candidate should have worked in TRM Space at least for 1-2 years..

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize ETL jobs using SAP Data Services
Implement and manage data integration processes across multiple systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective data migration or transformation solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Create reusable components to enhance efficiency in data processing
Configure and maintain SAP Information Steward for data profiling, data quality, and metadata management
Develop and manage data quality rules and validation workflows.
Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Generate data lineage and impact analysis reports to support governance initiatives
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance data stewardship and governance policies
Partner with IT, business analysts, and data stewards to define and document data management workflows
Provide training and guidance to business users on data governance tools and practices
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on data quality metrics and system performance

SAP Skills

3 to 6 Years of experience in SAP Data Services and Analytics
2-3 years of experience in SAP Information Steward
3-4 year of Experience in SAP Data Services
Any experience on BW4H/SAC will be an added advantage.
Should understand TRM tables and relationships between master/transactional tables from high level perspective
Should Have Basic Understating about VAT/Excise Process from High Level
Understanding of SAP BW, B4H along with SAC Reporting
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BW/4HANA & SAP HANA is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
