Job Description & Summary

A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. You’ll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients.

As part of our Policy, Strategy and Leadership team, you’ll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of our National Special Functions practice.

Key Accountabilities

1. Internal Communications to improve end user adoption of core BOS systems (SF, Oracle, Easy Engage) in Malaysia & Vietnam (MYVN)

• Develop communication strategy and communication plans to ensure timely and effective internal communication including release of new features or updates of the BOS systems, inform of BOS system outages and hints / tips to address burning questions from users and improve user experience / usage of the BOS systems
• Implement communications based on above strategy and plan
• Regular meetings with BOS / Finance / Global teams to identify messages and write content, and / or coordinate with relevant SMEs for content
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of communications
• Gather and coordinate feedback / views / suggestions from users across PwC MYVN on the BOS Systems (received in response to outgoing comms and via training sessions / bite-sized sessions).
• Explore using the latest available digital solutions / platforms / mediums / channels (comms / emails / small meetings / training sessions / bite-sized sessions) to improve communications effectiveness.

2. Project management

• Coordinate and project manage Oracle enhancements and quarterly releases from requirements definition to deployment
• Monitor demand requests submitted until closed, and highlight problems / challenges / matters of interest

3. Incident management

• Monitor Oracle related incidents submitted and highlight problems / challenges / matters of interest
• Manage dashboard to report incident management KPIs

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 7 years experience managing projects and communications
• Knowledge and experience of Oracle EMFI system, and / or financial systems is not essential but desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels, locally (MYVN) and globally
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and understand new information at a rapid pace
• Is adaptable, resourceful and versatile
