Senior Associate, Customer Service

Nordson Packaging, a global leader in leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Associate Customer Service  to join our team in Serris, France.

Role and Responsibilities 

Provide customer service and support: Ensure complete and timely resolution of requests in collaboration with the hotline team.

Provide timely responses to customers by phone, email, or tickets.

•    Provide customer service and support: Ensure complete and timely resolution of requests in collaboration with the hotline team.
•    Provide timely responses to customers by phone, email, or tickets.
•    Manage repair requests with our workshop in Maastricht.
•    Process customer orders for services, invoices, and accounts, and manage TrueBlue maintenance contracts.
•    Manage facility management with customer service and field technicians.
•    Liaise with the technical team: verify hours worked, travel, etc.
•    Manage technician tickets to ensure follow-up and invoicing to our customers.
•    Enter scheduled interventions and assign the corresponding tickets to technician schedules
•    Invoice services and spare parts based on service reports, and follow up as needed
•    Report all activities and customer-related data in the CRM (C4C) system to ensure complete transparency and quality monitoring. [Position responsibilities]
