Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Digital Procurement Transformation - Senior Manager (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission: As our new Digital Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the success and growth of our team. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role is open to all our national offices and will involve some client travel. This role would be great for an experienced Coupa, Ivalua or SAP Ariba consultant that’s seeking career growth and the opportunity to work with the latest emerging technologies and market. This position is an opportunity to lead transformative projects in a dynamic environment and work in a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions to improve Procurement processes and enhance user experience.
- Stay up to date of emerging technologies and trends, (AI, Cloud, ESG, etc.) to drive innovation.
- Follow up on current project and new opportunities in Luxembourg and EMEA market with a focus on France.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale eProcurement implementation and integration projects (on time, within scope, and on budget).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in recruitment activities and mentoring of a team dedicated to digital transformation projects.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive excellence and achieve project goals.
- Set training/certification objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
- Cultivate and manage strategic alliances with e-procurement software providers to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the region.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives.

- Hold a Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
- Have certifications or implementation experience of any eProcurement solution Coupa, Ivalua or SAP Arriba.
- Demonstrate ability to lead and grow teams effectively.
- Have a proven experience in managing alliances with software providers and other strategic partners.
- Show excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Are proficient in French and English.
