Job Description & Summary

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
•  Lead the implementation of digital solutions to improve Procurement processes and enhance user experience.
• Stay up to date of emerging technologies and trends, (AI, Cloud, ESG, etc.) to drive innovation.

•  Follow up on current project and new opportunities in Luxembourg and EMEA market with a focus on France.
•  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale eProcurement implementation and integration projects (on time, within scope, and on budget).
•  Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

•  Assist in recruitment activities and mentoring of a team dedicated to digital transformation projects.
•  Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive excellence and achieve project goals.
•  Set training/certification objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

• Cultivate and manage strategic alliances with e-procurement software providers to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the region.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives.

Let’s talk about you. If you … 

• Hold a Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Have 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Have certifications or implementation experience of any eProcurement solution Coupa, Ivalua or SAP Arriba.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and grow teams effectively.
• Have a proven experience in managing alliances with software providers and other strategic partners.
• Show excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Are proficient in French and English.
