DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Works with project team to update and optimize the content management systems.
Develops and delivers timely scheduled content that coincides with the company-wide marketing activities.
Works cross-functionally with partner teams to ensure timely release of titles, patches, and download codes.
Analyzes and establishes work processes and priorities.
Leads the planning, implementation and development efforts of projects.
Drives continuous process improvement to optimize systems and increase productivity.
Identifies and leads process improvement recommendations.
Supports initiatives such as Nintendo News, download codes, and price promotions.
Analyzes and resolves digital distribution issues.
Leads operational contact for internal departments.
Proofreads copy, confirms specifications and registers digital content.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five (5) or more years of related experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
Experience with execution of complex programs and projects.
Experience with workflow process improvement (identification and solutions).
Acute attention to detail.
Excellent PC Skills.
Experience with project management tools a plus (Jira, Redmine).
Video Games industry experience a plus.
E-commerce experience a plus.
Japanese language fluency a plus.
Requires working knowledge and experience in own job family and broadens capabilities; has worked with and is proficient with current practices and procedures.
Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $37.26 - $59.62 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
