Senior ManagerJob Description & Summary
You will be part of the Deals Strategy & Operations team, focusing on identifying, planning and realizing value from an M&A transaction. We help clients with complex M&A related projects, which are typically highly international. You will support our fast-growing deals practice, uniquely positioned as a leader in Switzerland, offering a full range of M&A consulting services, from strategy to execution, giving you a wide range of project opportunities. You can find more information on our website https://www.pwc.ch/en/services/deals/separation-and-integration.htmlYou will assist and lead high-impact consulting projects in a timely manner for key industry players as well as build and maintain trusted internal and external relationships.
You will deliver integration & separation (carve-out) readiness assessments, and assist client in the preparation for Day 1, Day 100 or Day 2.
You will design and implement target operating models and develop the separation or integration plan to realise full deal value potential.
You will execute separation and integration projects, often with high complexity and in multinational environments.
You will bring strong project management capabilities, as well as functional perspectives (e.g. commercial, back-office functions, IT, operations).

You have a Masters' degree and have a minimum of 3-8 years relevant work experience, having worked primarily on deal and/or consulting-related assignments at a top-tier consulting firm or a Big4, or were part of the in-house deal team of a larger corporate.
You have experience along the M&A lifecycle, in separation and/or integration projects and it is advantageous if you are a generalist with deep insights into business functions (e.g. Technology/IT, HR, Supply chain, Finance).
You have experience in various of the following areas:
Leading (a part of) an integration or separation programme
Experience in planning and executing integration and separations
Drafting TSAs (incl. pricing), preparing TSA exit plans, and managing TSA exit readiness (incl. TSA exit cost)
Preparing for Day-1 readiness
Developing interim and end-state target operating model
Running a Project Management Office (IMO or SMO)
You feel comfortable advising clients across a wide variety of industries, and having a strong track record in a certain industry is a plus. Additionally, you feel comfortable in interpreting financial statements.
You can actively contribute to the growth of our Deals Strategy & Operations team by leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and personal network.
You have strong analytical skills, and you are fluent in German and English. Any other languages are a plus.
