About the role:
As a Senior Brand Manager with Please See// you will be required to give your accounts direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for your client.
Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. You will be expected to pitch to clients, so a confident attitude is key to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits.
Equally important in your role as a Senior Brand Manager, is how you develop your team, help them achieve their goals, and you being responsible for their growth and welfare.
You will be the conduit between the team, creative, management, and the clients, but most important to us is how you build your team and work with it.
Our ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple high-impact projects and key accounts, with a proven track record of delivering quality output and meeting business growth objectives.
What you will be doing:
Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity.
- Manage multiple branding and packaging projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality output across all initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead a team of 5+ brand managers, overseeing their performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with a design, copy, and studio team of 25+ people, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Report to senior leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
- Track and meet billing targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
Quality Assurance & Detail Orientation:
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Implement processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and output quality.
What we’d like to see:
- A minimum of 5 years in brand management or advertising/branding agencies.
- Experience in the FMCG snacks segment or managing food brands.
- Experience managing key branding and packaging accounts with high revenue impact.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering quality outcomes.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
