As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive growth, forge powerful client relationships, and lead deals from the initial conversation to lasting success. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion, representing the brand and shaping our future. This role involves driving new client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and tailoring solutions to meet client needs. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to execute strategies effectively.
Must have:
  • Proven success in iGaming B2B business development or sales
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Fluent English and professional level of Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, consistently exceeding targets
  • Solid CRM and sales process discipline

  • Proven success in iGaming B2B business development, B2B sales, or account management

  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills

  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

  • Professional level of Spanish and/or Portuguese along with fluent English

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and consistently exceeding targets

  • Solid CRM and sales process discipline

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

  • LATAM-based candidates will be highly preferred
