On top of continuously growing the world of Dying Light through a robust post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we're also working on an unannounced AAA Open World Action RPG set in a brand new fantasy universe; our biggest project to date.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • leading the creative marketing team,
  • establishing creative direction and supervising: marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and all marketing assets,
  • collaborating with internal and external teams to produce high-quality creative content,
  • developing creative briefs, translating them into creative concepts,
  • providing final feedback for any creative asset before its release,
  • understanding of Franchise & Brand needs, close cooperation with appropriate teams working in those fields,
  • cooperating with game developers to implement their assets, 
  • setting the bar for the quality and creativity of assets,
  • supporting business units with creative approach and fresh ideas, 
  • ensuring that designs/assets are consistent and aligned with each other and the Brand Book,
  • organizing regular internal workshops and developing creative skills in the team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or creative direction within the game development industry,
  • strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into brand strategies and creative concepts,
  • experience in creating creative concepts across a variety of mediums,
  • experience developing and implementing marketing/brand campaigns from strategic creation to final delivery,
  • experience working with briefs and stakeholders to create fresh ideas,
  • knowledge of brand management principles and best practices,
  • deep understanding of the gaming industry, gaming trends, and target audience preferences
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • flexibility to adapt to changing priorities,
  • a portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • very good command of English.

Nice to have:

  • experience in one or more areas: 3D art, character animation, motion graphics, editing, sound design, VFX, graphic composition, typography, graphic design or illustration, creating marketing texts/headlines.
