Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Connex Developer focusing on Connex development. This role is pivotal in designing and developing high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives in the financial services domain. As part of our dynamic team in Bangalore, you will contribute to Synechron's strategic engineering goals while fostering a collaborative learning environment. Software Requirements:
  • Required Proficiency:

    • HPE Nonstop development technologies: TAL/pTAL, TACL, Guardian, SQL/MX, Enscribe database, Pathways, Cobol
    • Connex system architecture and components: AP, TH, PI, SDX
    • AS2805 and ISO standards, including message formats
    • Scheme regulations for VISA, MasterCard, and EFTPOS
    • MasterCard, VISA, and FINSIM simulators
  • Preferred Proficiency:

    • Experience with new and emerging payment technologies
    • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support robust software solutions independently with minimal supervision.
  • Translate business objectives into technical components and align software development with strategic goals.
  • Provide accurate estimates for development efforts and enhancements.
  • Mentor team members, promoting industry best practices and design patterns.
  • Lead Level 3 or above support and technical troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
