As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution  This role will play a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale technology and business transformation programmes within various sectors 

We require a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery excellence for large tech-enabled transformations, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and contributing to the strategic development and growth of the business unit. 

 

Experience required: 

5-10 years of management or strategic technology consulting experience 

 

Qualifications / Certifications required: 

● Bachelor’s degree that has given you an opportunity to grow your problem-solving skills (Computer Science, Informatics, BSc IT, BSc Eng., BEng or relevant technology discipline). 

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are highly desirable. 

 

Responsibilities of role: 

  • Programme Leadership: Lead complex business and technology transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-Level and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with programme delivery, ensuring proactive management and resolution of issues. 

  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies, and maintaining high standards of quality. 

  • Agile Delivery: Implement and promote Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. 

  • Pre-Sales Solutioning: Support pre-sales activities by providing expert insights and shaping solutions that meet client needs. 

  • Digital Transformation: Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance business processes and outcomes. 

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performing teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior resources. 

  • Commercial management: Manage the overall programme and project budgets, enabling on budget delivery.

  • Revenue and Financial Targets: Responsible for achieving  revenue targets, with a focus on delivery and utilization. 

  • Quality Impact: Drive delivery excellence and support the growth of the Delivery Management capability within the business unit. 

  • Transformation and Inclusion: Contribute to the business strategy on Inclusion, Diversity, and Transformation, serving as a role model within the team. 

  • Digital Impact: Leverage extensive experience in technology transformation to support digital initiatives both for clients and internally.
