About the Role:

You will join a dynamic team of programme managers and transformation coaches dedicated to driving successful project delivery and transforming how we work to build great teams. The team fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and is really focused on using AI in our daily ways of working.

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Transformation Leader with expertise in AI transformations, agile methodologies, and people management. This role involves leading the Programme Office to ensure successful project and programme delivery.

Lead Programme Delivery & Governance - Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of projects and programmes to ensure alignment with business goals and high-quality delivery
Drive AI and Agile Transformation - Champion the integration of AI technologies and agile methodologies to improve workflows, efficiency, and innovation
People Leadership & Coaching - Manage and mentor a high-performing team of programme managers and transformation coaches, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication - Collaborate with senior leadership and ensure transparent, effective communication across stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Delivery - Track programme performance using engineering and delivery metrics to inform actions, improve outcomes, and drive accountability.

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering)
Proven experience in leading programme offices or large-scale transformation projects
Strong expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Practical experience of using AI technologies and identifying opportunities for same is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
