Job Description

This position requires a Senior Environment Concept Artist to collaborate closely with the art director and core production team, contributing to the project's art direction and visual design. Responsibilities include developing world background visuals, defining design language, providing concept analysis and design for level layouts and game props, and long-term exploration of the game IP's art style and aesthetics. The ideal candidate possesses strong traditional art skills, a deep understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, environments, architecture, and graphic design, and at least 5 years of experience in the game industry, with AAA experience preferred. Proficiency in 3D software and engines is a plus.

Must have:

Collaborate with art director and team
Develop world visuals and design language
Concept design for levels and props
Strong traditional art skills (composition, color theory, perspective, lighting)
5+ years game industry experience, AAA preferred
Effective communication and collaboration

Good to have:

Proficiency in 3D software and game engines

5.5年以上游戏行业经验，拥有在 AAA 环境艺术团队工作经验者优先；
6.熟悉 3D 软件和引擎试用者优先。
