Want to join a dynamic team of experts advising the main players in the Financial Services (FS) market in Belgium and beyond? Looking for an opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, ranging from analyzing new/updated regulations such as AML/CTF, MiFID and, PSD2 and providing advice and expertise on related risks and how to address them? Want to make a difference by helping clients implement regulatory requirements from start to finish by assessing the impacts on the target operating model (governance, processes, controls, people, systems, etc.) and creating value by looking beyond pure compliance?


Interested in helping businesses navigate market challenges in a digital world? Then join our FS team, where you’ll learn how our experts help the sector manage the evolution of their businesses to cope with new norms and advise on their non-financial risks and agendas in a climate of rapid digitisation and constant transformation.

Your impact

  • Work on various projects at banks, insurance companies and payment institutions of all sizes

  • Learn about clients’ businesses and internal control processes

  • Learn about new regulations and understand their impact on the institution (governance, processes, organisation, people and technology)

  • Advise clients on their risk and regulatory agendas, and help them implement these in their day-to-day business 

  • Be a part of a team of consultants and help deliver client projects or work streams for larger programmes 

  • Discuss with your team to share ideas and continue learning and growing

  • Develop a holistic approach to increase trust, implement strategic decisions in a sustainable manner and enhance efficiency

 About you

  • Master's in (applied) economics, business engineering (e.g. information management systems), law, or any relevant economic major, possibly via a second master's or PhD

  • A first experience (minimum two years) in a relevant position

  • Team player who likes to take initiatives

  • Curious about and interested by the impacts of digitalisation on the financial world

  • Critical, analytical mind, client-oriented and an excellent communicator

  • Keen to continue learning and developing

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English

  • Open to learning new technologies like Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence,  or Robotic Process Automation
