Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Front End UI/UX Developer who is experienced in building modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, understand accessibility standards, and be able to implement responsive design. In addition, they should be comfortable with front-end optimization and working with a variety of development tools like Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, Grunt, Yarn, and NPM. The role includes developing dynamic applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js while integrating APIs and ensuring site performance is optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

• Collaborate with design teams using tools like Figma to create intuitive, accessible, and responsive designs.
• Implement WCAG accessibility standards and ensure best practices in UI/UX for all users, including those with disabilities.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using React, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3 with frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

Responsive Design & Accessibility:

• Ensure that all web applications are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
• Make sure applications meet accessibility standards and are optimized for all types of users.

Front-End Development:

• Build dynamic, data-driven web applications using React and Next.js, ensuring seamless REST API integration.
• Implement optimized and scalable front-end solutions using Tailwind CSS and other modern web frameworks.
• Create custom tag libraries and reusable components for efficient development.

Site Optimization & Performance:

• Optimize site performance using techniques like lazy loading, image compression, and caching.
• Ensure fast page load times and efficient content rendering on mobile and desktop devices.

Backend Integration & APIs:

• Integrate with REST APIs to build interactive web applications and dynamically fetch data.
• Use Node.js and Express.js for backend interaction and server-side API integration.

Content Management & Hosting:

• Manage websites and content using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Joomla, and deploy them via Netlify, Heroku, or Firebase.

Development Tools & Environments:

• Use Visual Studio Code and Eclipse for efficient coding and debugging.
• Manage project dependencies and build processes using Yarn, NPM, Grunt, Maven, and Gradle.

File Formats & Data Handling:

• Work with PDF, CSV, JSON, XML, XSL, and XSLT for data manipulation and presentation.
• Implement API-based solutions that leverage these formats efficiently.

Required Skills:

Core Technologies:

• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS for front-end development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express for backend services and API interaction.

Development Tools:

• Proficiency with development environments like Visual Studio Code and Eclipse.
• Experience using package managers such as Yarn and NPM.
• Knowledge of build tools like Grunt, Maven, and Gradle for project management and build automation.

Design & Prototyping:

• Experience with Figma for design and collaboration.
• Knowledge of WCAG standards and a strong focus on accessibility.
• Content Management & Hosting:
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, Joomla, Netlify, Heroku, and Firebase for managing, deploying, and hosting websites.

APIs & File Handling:

• Knowledge of various data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, PDF) and experience integrating these formats into applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Firebase services, including hosting and real-time databases.
• Exposure to additional JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with design and back-end teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric designs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
