The role involves managing product development, testing, and deployment while ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The developer will optimize applications, participate in code reviews, debug frontend issues, and stay current with industry trends. They will also collaborate with a cross-functional team and contribute to documentation. The ideal candidate can solve complex problems, write strong code, and have experience with React.js.

Must have:

5+ years of experience in Frontend and React Technologies.
3+ years of experience with RESTful API and web technologies.
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Experience with client-facing UI development and an eye for design aesthetics.
Expertise in debugging complex systems or applications.
Version control systems (Git).

Good to have:

Experience within the Retail or E-commerce industry is a plus.
Experience with any the following technologies - Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and Docker.
Experience working on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

Position Overview:

ShyftLabs is looking for a strong Frontend Developer with 5+ Years of Professional experience in building products and who have an entrepreneurial spirit to work in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for resourceful developers who can solve complex problems and write very strong code. React.js experience is a must-have for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage product development, testing, deployment, and support.
Develop/Enhance existing applications as per product requirements.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Work with a small cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, data engineers, and designers.
Help the team in documenting changes made in different artifacts.
Help team members in the knowledge-sharing session
Ability to learn other coding languages as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
