We are looking for a Senior Lawyer with extensive experience in US litigation to lead and manage various court cases.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Government Inquiries and Regulatory Compliance.
    • Litigation and Court Actions.
    • General Legal Support.

    We expect from you:

    • Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources.
    • Skilled in analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support legal strategies.
    • Expertise in drafting various legal documents (Legal briefs, pleadings, and motions. Responses to government inquiries, subpoenas, and investigation letters. Contracts, compliance policies, and internal reports.)
    • Experience in preparing for and participating in court actions.
    • Risk Assessment and mitigation skills.
    • Negotiation and Mediation Skills.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
    • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
