Job Description

Apexon seeks a Senior PM to oversee multiple projects, manage large enterprise projects involving internal and external stakeholders, and develop/maintain project plans. Responsibilities include defining roles, requirements, deliverables, and approvals; coordinating stakeholder activities to meet timelines and budgets; communicating project status; and mentoring junior PMs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience managing complex projects. The role involves ensuring successful project conclusion and collaborating with diverse teams.

Role Description:

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

Oversee multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion.
Manage large enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans.
Define users and project team member's roles and responsibilities on the project.
Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals.
Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.
Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level Project Managers including recommending training and experience.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
