We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Producer to contribute their expertise to an exciting project. Join our team as a Senior Producer and take the lead in crafting extraordinary gaming experiences from concept to release. As a Senior Producer at Velan Studios, you will spearhead the development process, ensuring the highest quality of gameplay and an immersive player experience. Managing a talented team of 50 or more developers and designers, you'll provide guidance and support to ensure everyone reaches their goals and meets deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of top-tier games. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you will work closely with game design, art, programming, and quality assurance teams to keep all aspects of development on track and aligned with the game's vision.

Senior Producer Responsibilities

• Lead the development of video games from concept to release, ensuring the highest quality of gameplay and player experience.
• Manage a team of 50 or more developers and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games.
• Collaborate with the game design, art, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure that all aspects of the game development process are on track and aligned with the game's vision.
• Work with external partners, such as platform holders and third-party service providers, to ensure successful game launches and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal development teams to ensure a smooth and efficient game development process.
• Provide regular reports on project status, including identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.

• 6+ years of experience as a video game producer, with a proven track record of leading successful projects on multiple platforms and at least one shipped AAA title.
• Experience leading teams of 50 people or more, with excellent leadership and management skills.
• Experience working on games with a high complexity of tech and design, and a deep understanding of the game development process.
• Strong knowledge of the video game industry, including market trends, player behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and resources effectively.

The salary for this position is typically within the range specified below* per year. Please note that the actual base pay may vary based on factors such as your qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant considerations. In addition to your salary, our comprehensive compensation package includes various perks, such as potential annual bonuses (though they are not guaranteed), health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and flexible time-off benefits.
