Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Render Wrangler to manage and optimize our render farm, ensuring timely and efficient rendering. You will monitor rendering processes, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with the production team. Experience with troubleshooting and monitoring infrastructure and rendering farm issues is essential.

Render Wrangler handles monitoring and optimizing the rendering
processes on the render farm, to ensure established priorities are met.

Monitoring rendering quality and quantity, as well as making the required corrections when
needed;
Communicating with the production team about outstanding issues, as well as overall rendering of farm
performance and efficiency.
Quickly solve any rendering issues, ensuring all 2D, Prep, and 3D rendering jobs are
completed on schedule.

Requirements

Identify bottlenecks and help develop improved rendering efficiencies
Participate in daily archive and restore requests from tape archives
Ensuring that render jobs are properly prioritized in the queue system so that project goals
are met while monitoring the render farm’s health and status on a regular basis;
Maximizing the render farm’s resources
Experience with troubleshooting and monitoring infrastructure and rendering farm issues. Escalate
problems to the respective teams
