Senior SLG System Planner

Senior SLG System Planner responsible for designing and producing in-game systems and experience flow based on the main design direction. Independently completes core system requirements, effectively organizes and coordinates production, and ensures system functionality. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and innovative design abilities, adapting to game style and user preferences. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of mainstream SLG games, proven experience leading core system/gameplay design, strong online data analysis skills, SLG season-based feature design experience, and excellent visual presentation skills. The role demands proactiveness, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage development timelines.
