Job Description

Senior Software Developer needed for a leading software system in the Energy domain. The role focuses on developing and maintaining user interfaces using Angular, ensuring compatibility across various devices. Responsibilities include collaborating with UI/UX designers, implementing responsive design, optimizing application performance, integrating with back-end APIs, participating in code reviews, and staying updated with front-end technologies. The project involves optimizing oil and gas field development and requires close collaboration with a Houston-based customer team, following Agile principles. Experience with ThreeJS and GIS mapping is a plus.

Project description

Developed product is the leading software system in Energy domain covering all aspects of Oil&Gas production from geological exploration to optimization of ongoing production. Our technology solution helps geologists and geophysicists to research, visualize and interpret large volumes of geological data.
Field Development Planning (FDP) is a comprehensive project aimed at optimizing the development and production of oil and gas fields. It involves the integration of geological, engineering, and economic data to create a detailed plan for the efficient extraction of hydrocarbons.
Work supposes close cooperation with Customer team located in Houston and following Agile principles.
Our team is senior, supportive and friendly.

Responsibilities

Develop modern, maintainable, and scalable user interfaces using Angular while ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional and interactive web applications.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across different screen sizes and devices.

Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching, and efficient rendering techniques.

Integrate with back-end APIs and services to retrieve and display data, ensuring smooth data flow and real-time updates.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the development process and end-user experiences.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure a smooth user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
