Job Description
As a Senior Staff Engineer, Python at Nagarro, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex software solutions using Python. You will work closely with clients and team members to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will also be expected to mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and technologies. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
Must have:
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with building and deploying scalable applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Experience with data structures and algorithms
