- 5+ years experience
- 3A game VFX experience
- UE5 & Niagara proficiency
- Realistic & hand-painted VFX skills
- Strong art foundation
Responsibilities:
1.负责3A游戏游戏中特效的设计和制作,包括角色特效、UI特效、场景特效等；
2.负责外包资源的审核修改及外包团队的培养，有能力把控整体游戏特效节奏和风格。
Requirements:
1.本科毕业五年以上工作经验；
2.有较好的美术功底，参与过至少一个完整的项目开发；
3.具备特效设计能力，有3A特效制作经验优先；
4.熟练使用UE5引擎进行特效制作，熟练掌握niagara特效，具备写实特效制作能力以及一定手绘风格特效制作能力，适应2D&3D特效动画；
5.对游戏热爱，好学好奇，有创新精神，具有较强的抗压能力，注重团队协作；
6.ACG领域有长期的爱好和关注。
