The Service Delivery Manager, Emergency Care is responsible for managing service and solution delivery performance. This includes financial, operational performance, and productivity. The role involves managing structural business improvement programs, defining KPIs, and reporting results. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to solve business challenges and maintain repair licenses. The role requires identifying areas for improvement, monitoring performance, and supporting colleagues to enhance business performance. The manager will also execute processes related to medical equipment repair licenses.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant program (data science, business, finance, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry
  • 3+ years in technical field (service, repair, engineering domain)
  • Good understanding of Defibrillator and Emergency Care products
  • Possesses certifications to act as registered representative in Japan.
Good to have:
  • Experience in obtaining medical equipment licenses.
  • Ability to build and own Quality Management System processes.
  • Ability to design optimal organizational structure for service delivery.

Your role:

Job Summary

Responsible for Service & Solution delivery performance management, including financial, operational performance, productivity, and solution delivery performance. Responsible for program management of structural business improvement programs in service & solution delivery including inventory, DEFOA, productivity, process and other areas as identified. Also leads the PMO for the Service & Solution Delivery organization

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Identifies areas of professional services, solution & service delivery improvement

  • Monitor, measure, analyze and report the actual performance against targets to ensure the agreed objectives / commitments will be met

  • Defines KPI, dashboard and analytics requirements to manage performance of the services, solution & service delivery business

  • Request for / suggest improvements, bringing performance back on track considering an integrated perspective, contributing to cross-function / cross-business collaboration

  • Support colleagues, markets and/or partners to improve business performance.

  • Collaborate with senior management, functional peers, business/functions, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company to solve business challenges.

  • Report and communicate results & achievements towards stakeholders following regular channels such as MPRs, QPR, Performance Dashboards at the services, solution & service delivery function level

  • Execute the necessary process to maintain the repair license and act as a liaison with the authority

A qualified candidate would

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a position-relevant program (data science, business, finance, process improvement or engineering)

  • Has > 5 years of experience in Medical Device industry, of which with minimum 3 years within technical field such as service, repair or engineering domain.

  • Demonstrates good understanding of Defibrillator and other Emergency Care product, including its technical and mechanical features

  • Possesses position-relevant certifications and qualifications to act as registered representative for Medical Equipment Repair license towards respective authorities in Japan.

It would be a huge advantage if the candidate

  • Has experience in obtaining medical equipment licenses for a newly established legal entity and maintaining it thereafter.

  • Can build and own Quality Management System process, documentations and requirements

  • Is able to design and prepare the optimal organizational setup of Services & Solutions Delivery, depending on the business expansion progress of coming years

Language: Japanese (Native level), English (Business Level)

【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、CareLeave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか 

【時間外労働】あり 

※ただし、管理職での採用の場合は、残業代は支給対象外(深夜勤務手当、休日深夜勤務手当の支給はあり) 

【給与】基本給 年収700~1000万円 ご経験により考慮します 

【賞与】インセンティブ 20%

※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給。(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり) 

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり 

【手当】通勤手当の支給なし(交通費実費支給)
