Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Ribe, Denmark. This apprenticeship offers on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignment (basic understanding required), drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various hand and power tools. The successful candidate will possess a strong team mentality, excellent communication skills (English fluency required), basic computer skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. The position involves working directly on Tesla vehicles and receiving ongoing training from experienced supervisors.

- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English language is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
