Job Description
Tesla in Ribe, Denmark is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice. This role offers on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignment (basic understanding), drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and operating various tools. The apprentice will perform equipment inspections and calibrations. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, enthusiasm for the automotive industry, and basic computer skills.

- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English language is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
