Job Description
Varonis Systems is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to join their team. Responsibilities include working with the Sales team to understand pricing, analyzing sales trends, providing analytical, forecasting, and reporting support to management, working closely with a team of analysts to improve company efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring data reliability from various systems. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an FP&A analyst with a SaaS company, a bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication skills.
Must have:
- 1-2 years of FP&A experience in SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Salesforce and billing systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a global environment

FP&A Analyst
Location: New York
Summary
Varonis Systems is the leader in unstructured and semi-structured data governance software, which is any human-generated data that is within a company’s environment. Our goal is to protect a company's most sensitive information from insider threats and cyberattacks. We do this by allowing organizations to analyze, secure, manage, and migrate their volumes of unstructured data. We are looking for a motivated FP&A Analyst that possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail to join our FP&A team.
Responsibilities:
· Work with the Sales team to ensure understanding of our price offering
· Assist in analyzing trends in Sales of products, Sales productivity, currency exchange impact, etc.
· Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management.
· Work closely with a team of analysts to improve Company efficiency and processes.
· Assist in identifying “soft spots” and ways to improve them.
· Work with the Varonis billing system, Salesforce, and other platforms to ensure reliability of data.
· Provide ongoing data to management to ensure proper decision-making.
Requirements
· 1-2 years of experience as an FP&A analyst with a SaaS company
· A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Willing to work hard under pressure in a global dynamic environment.
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills is necessary.
· Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
· Highly responsible, very detailed oriented and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills).
· Excellent relationship building and people skills.
· Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated.
· Motivated, eager to learn.
· Willing to work occasionally on weekends.
