Job Description

SYBO, creators of Subway Surfers, seeks a full-time, unpaid Social Media Marketing Intern for the Fall 2025 semester in Copenhagen. The intern will assist in crafting social media content for Facebook, X, and Instagram, scheduling posts, generating reports, and collaborating with the Community Manager on the Subway Surfers Creator Club. Responsibilities include learning social media copywriting, understanding brand voice, utilizing analytics tools, and participating in creative brainstorms to increase engagement and brand awareness. Daily commute to the Copenhagen office is required; relocation assistance is not provided.

Social Media Marketing Intern

SYBO is part of the Miniclip family and known for the widely popular game, Subway Surfers - the most downloaded mobile game in the world, with over four billion downloads. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we aim to create playful moments that inspire our fans to care.

We are looking for a creative and resourceful intern ready to assist and learn about the Subway Surfers' social media strategy. As a Social Media Marketing intern, you will be directly involved in engaging with the Subway Surfers' audience, learning the tone of voice under the guidance of our Community Managers while increasing brand awareness and engagement.

This internship is unpaid and full-time running for the fall semester in 2025.

Your time at SYBO

Your ramp-up month

You’ll get an initial understanding of how we engage and retain our online community
Assist the Player Experience team in crafting social media copy and scheduling Subway Surfers posts for Facebook, X, and Instagram

In your contributor months

You’ll routinely craft social media copy and schedule posts across Facebook, X, and Instagram
You’ll take part in producing our tri-weekly social media report and learn to confidently present to key stakeholders
You’ll assist our Community Manager in the coordination of the Subway Surfers Creator Club (ambassador program)

Responsibilities

You’ll learn how to copywrite and schedule social media posts across the Subway Surfers social channels
You’ll develop an understanding of the tone of voice of Subway Surfers on social media through the comments section and community management
Learn how to use our Social Media and Analytics tool to source player sentiment and key performance indicators
Participate in creative brainstorms and drop fire ideas to keep Subway Surfers trending and dominating social media

It is a requirement to be enrolled in a university program that supports a full-time internship as part of the education - and you need to be able to commute to our Copenhagen office on a daily basis.

We do not offer relocation, VISA, or house search assistance for internships.
