Role Description:

• Project and program management experience: must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Demonstrated experience training a variety of users (with varied skill-levels) on data platforms and data products.
• Capability to illustrate the data points of various company OKR and KPI through Tableau reports
• Stakeholder consultant: assess needs, shape questions, decide data elements and attributes that need to be captured/measured/tracked and push outcomes beyond data delivery to information and story-telling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, spanning technical and stakeholder interactions 
• Demonstrated practice of industry standards and best practices for data modelling, governance, and literacy.
• Execution of complex analytic analysis, reporting, and visualization including:
• Data modeling and Medallion Architecture Expert
• Use of SQL, Python, or other programming language to create data workflows, tables, and other assets in a data-lake environment. 
• 7+ years of experience working in data reporting and analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
