What You'll Do

Design new tools to monitor and intelligent alerts that help discover failures/issues in a timely fashion and work with engineers to identify the root causes and fix problems.
ServiceNow or similar ITSM Service Management tools
They will work in an e-commerce retail environment.
Work with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet

What You Know

10 years of experience as an SRE engineer with a great track record, fast learner, and proven performer in all previous assignments.
4+ years of Lead experience.
Experience in Grafana, AKS, General App Support in production environment.
Experience on No SQL, Kafka and familiarity of the micro-service architecture.
Strong experience with GCP with an Azure background.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
