Job Description

This is a summer internship within the Human Resources department, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including employer branding, employee engagement, training and development, and HR compliance. The intern will coordinate employee engagement activities, support employer branding initiatives, assist with HR operations, create content for social media and the company website, and facilitate workshops and company events. The position requires in-person work at a TransUnion office location.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work collaboratively.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Canva preferred.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with Canva preferred but not a must.

Impact You'll Make:

  • This role reports directly to the HR Business Partner and encompasses responsibilities in employer branding, employee engagement, training and development, and HR compliance.
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities to cultivate a positive organizational culture.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement, overall experience, and motivation.
  • Assist in HR operations, including the review and update of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website to promote employer branding.
  • Facilitate workshops, training seminars, and company events.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support the team as needed.

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
