Good to have:
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations, or a related technical field
  • Experience in products from prototype to production, with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance
  • Experience with Rack, Server, Advanced Cooling solution development and ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design and supply risk mitigation
  • Experience in leading cross-functional process improvements, and collaborate and influence across multiple-levels of an organization
  • Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customizing communications based on the audience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Develop and document global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, lead time, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spares strategies
  • Update project schedules, communicate status, risks and influence change, represent the new product Introduction Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings, drive initiatives and process improvements to help the team grow

As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you work with cross-functional teams starting with product inception to volume ramp, to bring innovative products into the global data centers efficiently. You will have expertise in material readiness, clear to build, supplier and contract manufacturer management, procurement, manufacturing, and are well versed in other aspects of operations and engineering that impact supply chain strategies and execution. You will be responsible for developing and executing materials plans to enable prototype builds and production ramp plans to be deployed to our global data centers. Product types include Networking, Infrastructure, and Server and Storage.
