Must have:

We are looking for Support Writer Specialist to support us in working on creative projects. The ideal candidate is a person who can work with both English and Polish texts, is well-organized, detail-oriented. The role requires both analytical skills, an understanding of games from a creative perspective, and fluent knowledge of Polish and English language rules. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the analysis process of projects in terms of quality, compliance with requirements, and narrative potential.
  • Developing reports and summaries in Polish and English.
  • Preparing and updating professional project documentation in two languages.
  • Planning tasks within a multi-project work environment.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of information and materials.
  • Collaborating with project analysts and development teams to ensure project consistency and high quality.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and English languages. Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be an additional asset.
  • Advanced text work skills. Ability to edit text in Polish and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative, publishing, or related environment, involving project management or documentation.
  • Knowledge of processes in creative projects.
  • Highly developed organizational skills. Ability to effectively plan, prioritize tasks, and manage time.
  • Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ease in building relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in working with project documentation and reports.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
  • Knowledge of products created at CDPR: games and others.
  • Extensive general knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Knowledge of languages and cultures.
  • Passion for RPG games and understanding of the narrative specifics of games.
  • Knowledge of basic narrative design principles.

Working mode In-office in Warsaw, Poland.
