Job Description

MRI Software is looking for a Facilities Management & Energy System Administrator to join their EMEA Managed Services team. This role involves direct interaction with global clients to manage front-end tasks related to system administration. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, managing user accounts, performing data entry, amending Service Level Agreements, modifying email notifications, making report design amendments, and administering various FM & Energy Management tasks. The position requires working during UK hours and South African public holidays, creative problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. MRI Software offers a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week.
Must have:

MRI Software is seeking a Facilities Management & Energy System Administrator (non-technical) to join our EMEA Managed Services team, which carries out defined, repeatable tasks on behalf of our clients. This position entails direct engagement with our global clients, to manage a specified set of front-end tasks related to system administration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a wide variety of customers from financial and property management institutions.

  • Assist clients with a broad range of questions and issues, limited to scope of engagement.

  • Manage user accounts and access.

  • Perform data entry and create data filters.

  • Amend basic Service Level Agreements.

  • Modify basic email notifications and logic.

  • Make amendments to report design.

  • Administer all levels of Facilities Management & Energy Management tasks and special projects as needed by management.

Essential

  • Ability to work during UK hours and South African public holidays (UK bank holidays will be observed).

  • Creative and curious troubleshooter.

  • 0-3 years’ experience working in a Facilities Management or Energy company.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding customer service.

  • Independent work capability.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

  • A high degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility.

Desirable

  • Experience using MRI Software applications.

  • Understanding of Facilities Management or Energy processes and principles.

  • Comfortable with System Administration tasks (non-technical).

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles.
