Technical Lead- Asp.Net

Experience:

               Minimum of 10 years of experience in .Net development and software engineering.

               Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams and projects.

               Strong background in designing and architecting complex .Net solutions.

Technical Skills:

               Proficient in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and other .Net technologies.

               Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor or React.

               Solid understanding of database design and development, including SQL Server and ORM frameworks.

               Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and related services.

               Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

  Soft Skills:

               Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

               Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

               Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

               Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successful project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

   Certifications:

               Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent certifications.

   Additional Skills:

               Experience with micro services architecture and containerization.

               Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

               Experience with performance tuning, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
